Worst experience ever! Replacing a simple suspension part (2 hour job) turned into a 3 week evolution with no result forcing me to go to another dealer an hour away. Nobody is in charge, no communication, no action, no nothing.

My service advisor Debbie Stout was outstanding in every way. She made me feel comfortable and because I decided to go ahead with some optional services which would take more time, offered to have Bill drive me home. After all of the services were performed, he picked me up. The work done was in a very professional manner and my car now is in tip top shape thanks to Vatland's team. But it was Debbie who kept me apprised of the work and the timing via cell phone calls. That made all the difference!
The service department is a bunch of liars. I have documentation showing I was lied to several times while trying to get a RECALL repair done. Took my vehicle to them for a warranty repair, that they said they did not have the part for. They told me of the recall and said they would perform the recall once the warranty part was received. I've purchased 3 vehicles here over the years...no issues with buying, but the service department needs some work. They're good when I'm there and waiting for work to be done, but on a number of occasions when I've needed them to call me back, it's never happened yet. I've had to go there in person from N. county every time. It could be great; they have some good knowledgeable folks there, but just not cutting it for now.
I had an oil change. It was done quickly while I waited. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while there too.
Great service and nice people. I will be back. I enjoy myself in the lounge.

As a "snowbird", i have my vehicles serviced up north in the summer and here in Florida in the winter. For several years I have been using Vatland Jeep for my service needs, and putting work off until i get here in the winter whenever possible. They do what's needed, have never recommended unnecessary repairs, and the costs are always reasonable.

I brought my jeep in for the paint corrosion issue. They took me right away with no delays. Although I had a little issue with the 3rd party fixing my door, Vatland went out of their way to make it right. This is impressive!

I bought my dream car from Vatland. They assured me that an experienced mechanic had gone over the car and deemed it in good shape. However, when they deliver the car to me, the fan for the engine didn’t work so first time I took it out it overheated and cost me $600 to fix. I also found out that since they delivered the car to me I had no idea but they put 12 year-old tires on my car to replace the newer ones. Very easy to deal with during negotiations. Although, the bone-shaped cookies I helped myself to in the waiting lounge area were rather hard and not particularly tasty.
Buy an extended warranty. They don't make them like they used to, but the warranty works well.
Avoid Vatland – Terrible Service and Zero Accountability
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vatland. Initially, the salesperson, Chris, was very friendly and communicative. However, the moment the vehicle was paid for, he completely disappeared.
On the first day of picking up the car—which was supposedly inspected for sale—I immediately noticed serious issues:
• A stuck door
• Abnormal vibrations in the transmission
• Rear brake problems
