Very easy to deal with during negotiations. Although, the bone-shaped cookies I helped myself to in the waiting lounge area were rather hard and not particularly tasty.
Buy an extended warranty. They don't make them like they used to, but the warranty works well.
Avoid Vatland – Terrible Service and Zero Accountability I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vatland. Initially, the salesperson, Chris, was very friendly and communicative. However, the moment the vehicle was paid for, he completely disappeared. Basing my rating on Jersey the service writer in the Quick Lube Lane. This being my second visit since moving to Vero. He is very welcoming, listens well and keeps me communicated of the progress while i wait in the guest lounge area.
I recently brought my RAM 1500 in for a factory recall, can't say how happy I was with the reception from the service advisor Terry, he was over the top. She set up the appointments with Vero Collision to have some corrosion work repaired then made sure I had a ride back home and when the work was complete returned my car back home to me. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership avoid a salesman that calls himself "Captain". We call him Captain Crook! He charged me around $500 for some device that tracks the car and when I asked why we have an 800+ credit score he said don't worry its disabled. It was a unique truck that I had been looking for for months so I accepted his lying xx but obviously it still pisses me off. There were other charges in there as well that were questionable. Both batteries of my Pacifica were dead. AAA was able to get it started, but told me that the batteries needed to be replaced. I contacted Vatland dealership and told him the situation. Even though it was late, they told me to come in and they would, try to replace the batteries. With rush-hour traffic, I was running late, but they waited for me and replaced both batteries. I can’t say enough good about them. I really appreciated all that they did. I haley recommend Vatland of Vero Beach.
